From the logistics of group transportation to finding a keynote speaker, we can coordinate and execute seamless solutions throughout the length of your group’s stay.

HDS offers the following:

Program Design – Enjoy custom-designed events that excite, enhance, and support your business activities in Hershey and the surrounding areas. Our in-house professionals rely on extensive local knowledge to make your event a sweet success.

Guest Activities – We welcome our attendees' guests, spouses, and children. We’ll happily plan a fun-filled day with exploration outings, trips to museums, shopping, spa treatments, distinctive golf, and more.

Unique Venues and Private Group Dining – We’ll hand-select the perfect dining venue for your meeting needs. We offer sweet culinary events including Chocolate Mixology and Wine & Chocolate Pairings. We’ll also arrange transportation, flexible invoicing, and menu coordination.

Transportation – Your service begins at the airport, where an HDS staff member welcomes you and your party and assists with luggage. Our staff will coordinate and provide round-trip transportation to and from the airport. We also arrange on-site transportation during your stay.

Team-Building Activities – We can recommend and schedule team-building opportunities that meet your group’s objectives and range from personalized scavenger hunts to creative events like Boatyard Wars. We also offer activities including the Odyssey Ropes Course, kayaking, hiking, community service, and more.

Entertainment – Depending on your preference, the list is endless. We can arrange visits with Hershey’s Product Characters, theme parties, strolling violinists, DJs, jazz trios, novelty photos, sightseeing beyond Hershey, and more. We also offer custom excursions and tours of local Hershey attractions, ranging from education to experiential.
