HARRISBURG INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

Eight major airlines operate out of HIA with nearly 100 daily flights to and from Harrisburg for your convenience, including direct flights from most major Eastern cities. AIRPORT SHUTTLE SERVICE
The Hotel Hershey and Hershey Lodge offer shuttle service to and from HIA (see transfer fees below). To arrange airport transfers for your group, please provide your Convention Services Manager with airline information at least 72 hours prior to your group’s scheduled arrival. Include: guest name, arrival date, airline, flight number, and arrival time.

VEHICLE RENTAL
Six national rental car companies are located on-site at HIA. Additionally, vehicle rental can be arranged with the Concierge at The Hotel Hershey or Hershey Lodge.

Hershey is also easily accessible to Baltimore/Washington International Airport (BWI). Transportation is not provided but can be arranged upon request. The airport is an easy 90-minute drive from Hershey, Pennsylvania.
