Yes, your meeting’s audio and visual needs can be supported through our programming partner, Encore.
Is on-site Catering available?
Yes! Our culinary teams are happy to provide your team with various dining options at all times of the day and for any scale or dietary restriction. If you would like catering services added to your meeting, please include this request when submitting your RFP.
Can we bring outside food into the meeting space?
No outside food is permitted into our event spaces.
Do you offer room blocks?
Yes! Depending on the size of your attendee list, room blocks may be accommodated. Please include your estimated attendee list amount when submitting your RFP and we may be able to provide a discount towards your overnight stay.
Do your venues offer free parking?
Yes. Valet parking is also available at all three of our properties. Free complimentary shuttle service is also available when traveling to Hersheypark® during Park operational hours.
Does Hersheypark offer group tickets? What are their hours?
